That means you can do some of the things that will enable us to lower the cost of your new Texas Dream Home. Things like painting, clean up . . . whatever . . . OR perhaps you have a friend or relative in the building trades, like a plumber, roofer, electrician or something like that, who will give you a GREAT deal. Perhaps you’re a super shopper who loves to find “deals & steals”. . . Any combination of these can lower the building costs.

BUT you don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to. We’ll schedule the material delivery & subcontractors and handle full oversight of the project. All the while you will get weekly updates of goings on, bids and material pricing as they come in. We call this FULL DISCLOSURE. All of our foundations and framing are engineered for YOUR peace of mind. We can even draw your house plans. Not to mention an independent new home building inspector will send progress reports to YOU so you’ll know everything is done right and to code !!!
